Training Procedures: Recap
We have received a few queries recently about trainings on Atlas, with new students joining for the fall and current students pointing them towards how to become a user.
In the last months, we shifted the trainings (wet chemical, 24-hour access, user orientation) away from Atlas and onto the MIT.nano user website. You can find the trainings here: nanousers.mit.edu/events
These trainings are also linked to from the MUMMS requirements. The best way to get a new student started is to have them visit nanousers.mit.edu/access/steps-become-mitnano-user/new-users which contains all of the links, as well as step-by-step guides on how to register in MUMMS.
